Linear splice @ maximum speed of unwind & rewind ensures handling of all critical substrates.
Center and Gap winding at rewind.
Foil unwinder close to composite unit.
Tension range from 30N-600N ensures handling of higher thickness range.
Positive nip isolation at unwind & rewind ensures to achieve optimum process web handling as per process requirement.
High efficient anchor coating station.
Edge guide system for both unwind & rewind.
Rigid and vibration less Servo based X, Y and Z movement of co-Extruder ensures recall of die to original position of stored job.
Programable die oscillation ensures much efficient edge width control.
